Order and Delivery

CAN I ADJUST MY ORDER?

Unfortunately it is unlikely we are able to make changes to your order or the shipping address after it has been placed2. Our goal is to send all orders as quickly as possible and our warehouse manages the order as early as 15 minutes after they received it. If a change is necessary, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you. Include your order number or the email address used when ordering.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE SENT FROM?

Orders to Europe (excluding UK), Asia, Oceania, Middle East and Africa are sent from our warehouse in Sweden.
Orders to the UK are sent from our warehouse in Northampton, England.
Orders to the US are sent from our warehouse in Columbus, United States.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

Our goal is to have your order delivered as fast as possible.
After your order has been placed, it is treated by the order department as early as 15 minutes later. Then packed and shipped.
Your estimated delivery date depends on the type of shipping you choose. Packages are normally not transported during weekends and local holidays.
Please note that the estimated delivery time is an estimate and that the time may vary depending on external factors that iDeal Of Sweden and its shipping partner can not control.
These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical faults, customs delays, etc.
Please also note that delivery times may be longer than usual during promotions.

We can only accept complaints if you bought your product directly from www.iDealOfSweden.com
If you bought an iDeal Of Sweden product at one of our resellers, we ask that you contact them first

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

If you changed your mind for any reason, you can always send the product back and receive a new product for the same price or less.
We will refund any difference in price. However, if you wish to exchange to a product with a higher price, we ask that you place a new order and we will refund you for the item you sent back.

All returns has to be notified to Customer Support, or they will not be accepted.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a substitution to be made. The products can not be exchanged at a local store.
Please note that you may need to pay the freight for the return package. After exchanging a product, iDeal Of Sweden pay the freight costs of the new package.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

You have the right to replace one/all products that you purchased directly from our website within 30 days after you received the product.
The product must be in the same condition as it was when it was received. The product shall also be in their original containers with labels and protective stickers intact.

A product can only be replaced with a product of equal or lesser value. If you want to switch to a more expensive product, it must be returned and we will issue a full refund.  Then, if you wish, add a new order for the right product.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a substitution to be made. The products can not be exchanged at a local store.

Please note that you may need to pay the freight for the return package. iDeal of Sweden pay the freight costs when exchanging to a new product.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?

iDeal Of Sweden warranty is valid for one(1) year.

The products are manufactured to meet our high quality standards. In addition, the products are also covered by our warranty against any manufacturing defects. The covers fitting, stitching and adhesives. iDeal of Sweden warranty covers only the parts mentioned above. To report a warranty issue, please contact customer service at [email protected]

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

iDeal of Sweden’s warranty does not cover:

  • Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire or water damage.
  • Problems or damage caused by misuse, neglect (blows, dents, crushing, falling), accidents or unjustifiable repairs or modifications.
  • Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging (for. Eg. minor scratches, worn out leather and flaking paint, etc.).
  • Failure to follow our care instructions will invalidate the warranty.

Our products and their manufacture, in accordance with EU and REACH guidelines, meets the environmental requirements contained in the Swedish and European market. Even our packaging is made of 100% recyclable materials. We ensure good working conditions by regularly visiting our factories. We believe in sustainable development and corporate responsibility, and therefore do everything we can to contribute to it.

MATERIAL & QUALITY

All of our products are produced in very carefully selected materials of the highest quality. We are particularly proud of our Premium PU material, which is identical to, but more durable than genuine leather; perfect for phone accessories which endures a lot of wear. Premium PU also makes our premium products affordable and a great value for money.

We strive to deliver the highest quality in all that we do. That includes everything from the process of making our handcrafted products to our sustainable thinking. Each product is quality tested before delivery and made from only carefully selected materials, which meet our high quality standards. We also take great responsibility regarding the environment, and all our products are in line with European standards and guidelines.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend to remove the mobile case at least once a month to clean the phone and the case.
Keep in mind that both the product and the mobile phone should be completely dry before and during use.

If, for any reason, the case becomes wet or damp, we recommend to to remove the case and and dry it thoroughly before further use.

PAYMENT

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?

Your transaction and payment information are handled directly by Adyen, our payment provider, with secure encryption under strict banking standards.
Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and can not be read or seen by anyone other than your bank, not even by iDeal Of Sweden.

iDeal Of Sweden holds the SSL certificate and meet the requirements of PCI DSS.

WHAT CURRENCY IS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE?

The prices shown are in Euro(€). These prices do not include any duties and taxes that are either added or deducted after checkout.
iDeal of Sweden is not responsible for any deviations in currency values or conversion fees that your bank or credit card company may use when purchasing from our website. If you have any questions about this, please contact your bank or credit card company.

DID MY PAYMENT GO THROUGH?

iDeal Of Sweden’s payment process includes multiple control steps to maximize safety.
The total amount of your order will be deducted from your bank account when ordering and payment has been processed and approved.
If no payment is received after the order is submitted, iDeal Of Sweden may automatically cancel the order without further notification.
